What Retainers Do NOT Cover
- Hardware destroyed by lightning, flood, or physical damage (you pay cost price)
- Major electrical re-wiring or panel upgrade (quoted separately)
- More than 15 new device installations in a single month (billed at normal rate)
- Internet provider subscription fees (Starlink/4G – we help set up, you pay the ISP)
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need internet for smart switches?
Yes, but we offer Starlink as the most reliable solution in Freetown. We also set up 4G backup so your automation never stops.
Can you fix my old fuse box?
Yes! Non-smart electrical work is included in Premium/Enterprise retainers, or available at 20% discount on Basic.
What if Tuya cloud goes down?
We configure local automation wherever possible. Many devices continue working on your LAN even without internet.
Do you supply the solar battery or do I buy elsewhere?
We supply only genuine lithium batteries with full warranty. Third-party hardware is not covered by our retainer.
What's the minimum contract?
Basic and Premium are month-to-month with 30-day cancellation notice. Enterprise requires a 6-month minimum.
